　この大会については、韓国里子養育父母協会のカン会長から、日本の全国里親会渥美会長あてに、2006年5月25日付けで案内状の発送があり、全国里親会から日本国内の各位あてに、同7月11日付けで案内が発送されました。しかし、県によっては一般の里親さんなどにまで案内状が発送されなかったところがあった模様です。せっかく、韓国の大英断で、日本の近くで開催された国際会議ですので、その様子を紹介しようと、ホームページを立ち上げました。
